By using this website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you warrant and represent that you are a resident of the United States of America, and at least 18 years of age, with authorization to use the credit card that is provided.
Prize(s) will not be mailed/awarded until all envelopes are claimed.
Winners of vouchers, gift cards, or any other winnings, must claim their prizes within 3 Days of receiving the envelope or the voucher will be forfeited.
Winners of the vouchers must be willing to provide the Us2 project with the account number of the “pay to:” account, if not then prize will be forfeited and the initial donation will be refunded.
The user agrees that he/she pays only for a Mystery Envelope/box, which allows you to “win” the particular item different price categories determined in a random selection.
Your entry will be considered invalid if all information is not provided.
Vouchers, gift cards, or any other winnings cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated by The Us2 Project.
Quad envelopes contain NO consolation prize(s).

All winning Scratch off tickets must be verified before any prizes are issued; Verification should take no more then 24 hours from the time the request is submitted. Click Scratch offs if you have a winning ticket.
Chances of winning and the number of winning tickets has been established prior to the start of the game. The chance of winning will change as prizes are won. Tickets will be sold after the top prize are claimed.
The Us2 Project is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, they will not be replaced.
The Us2 Project reserves the right to request that a physical ticket be produced as apart of the verification process. If this request is made and it is found that the ticket/s cannot be produced, or if produced and the tickets is deemed to have been tampered/altered in anyway. Those tickets will be VOID.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age, when claiming prizes.

You must be at least 18 years old to redeem any Text and Win prizes.
Entry into the Text and Win game is worth the price of (1) scratch; scratch off entry is not redeemable for cash.
The Us2 Project is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
For each scratch-off card in your possession, you must provide a valid verification code (located of the back of the scratch-off) for every Text and Win entry.
If you are chosen as a winner you have 48 hours to submit your redemption information, of your win will be forfeited. Click Text and Win if you have the winning text.
